Question by conserned: my ex has supervise visets with our girl but she scared of him she is11 hes sex abuse kids what is my right?

in iowa what rights do i have to keep him away even though he is court orderd to see her.

You have to get a lawyer to fight him in court or you can't do anything and some state children at age 12 can decide or talk to the judge about if they want to see a parent or not. Talk to a lawyer that's your best bet.
